What to expect:
This four-hour workshop begin with a playful exercise using our senses to develop awareness in the present. There will be three 20 minutes silent meditations, broken up by walking and gentle body movement as well as a guided body scan which can be done lying down. There will also be plenty of time for questions and sharing with the group.
Larry and Diane Yermack lead a monthly meditation group here at the Osher Marin JCC and have years of experience as meditation teachers. No prior meditation experience required.
