Coach Heather Skoda has been working in the Health & Fitness Industry for over 30 years, as a personal trainer, coach, and group fitness instructor. She’s exceptionally skilled at motivating her clients to enjoy the power of movement and exercise, adopt healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes, and in guiding them to ultimately reach their health and fitness goals. Heather has multiple fitness, nutrition, and coaching certifications. Once weighing over 220lbs, Heather has maintained a healthy weight and exercise routine for over 30 years.
She specializes in setting up Customized programs for each individual and creates fun and motivating group fitness classes and programs. There is not a one size fits all; programs should be individualized to fit the needs and goals of each client.
