Community Hiking Group

Come hike and get to know your fellow JCC community members! In this monthly program we will spend the morning exploring a moderately easy local trail and connect with your fellow hikers on the journey. With this hike, we will be using some of our time in nature to celebrate the holiday of Simchat Torah, the joyous holiday that marks the yearly completion of reading the Torah.

Give yourself the chance to get out in nature, slow down, connect, and celebrate.

Location:

This time we will be right in San Rafael doing the Miwok Meadows trail in China Camp State Park. It is a 2.3 mile out and back lovely trail with views of the water to start and finish off the journey. We will meet right at the Miwok Meadows sign. Coordinates are 38.0065000, -122.4846990.

FAQ:

-Please bring water, snack, and appropriate shoes .

No one will be turned away because of lack of funds.
