Join us for this one-time Aquatic Therapy Workshop:
Learn Your Pool Tools!
Dumbbells, Noodles, Belts, and More.
Learn how to use our pool equipment all while breaking a sweat during this educational exercise experience. Our Aquatic Therapy team will guide you through an hour-long circuit training routine discussing the differences between various pool equipment: dumbbells, noodles, fan paddles, and more. Best of all, you will learn to use your own body for improving strength, cardio, and balance both in the shallow end and deep end of the pool. The ability to swim is not required.
