We are excited to continue our partnership with Diane and Larry Yermack to bring you an ongoing Jewish meditation group. This will be a monthly drop-in group meeting 2 pm to gather as a community for a one-hour meditation practice.

In this group, you will discover the joy and impact of developing an ongoing meditation practice. It is also an opportunity to grow an open, compassionate, attentiveness to whatever is going on.

Give yourself an hour once a month to sit in quiet and spaciousness.
Upcoming classes: May 6.

It’s OK if you’re learning to meditate the first time or you’re a long-term meditator. All are welcome.

We will be meeting in the second-floor yoga studio. No RSVP required.
