In-Person at the Osher Marin JCC, 200 N. San Pedro Road (San Rafael)

Join Sara Allen to learn, practice and have fun with country-style group line dance routines to an array of songs. No partner needed, but friends welcomed!

After our active movement with music, connect & build community with an optional no-host coffee (or whatever your beverage of choice from the J-Café is); cookies provided!

Wear your comfortable athleisure and your cowboy boots, if you got ’em! (Sneakers work, too.)

Tickets & Notes

“Early Bird ” Ticket: Free – Available up to 48-hour before the event.

“Regular” Ticket: $10 – Available up to the event.

Reservations Required – Since space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, players are kindly requested to reserve your ticket(s) — in advance — to allow for appropriate set-up.

Space is limited; reserve yours in advance.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

This program is created and offered by the Osher Marin JCC‘s (San Rafael, CA) Kurland Center for Adult Learning & Living.

ALL ARE WELCOME to join in our activities! JCC members, non-members, those who live near or far, people of all backgrounds, faiths, ethnicities, hair styles, fashion choices, chocolate preferences, etc. “The more the merrier!”

About Sara Allen

Not only our JCC’s Program Operations Manager for the Adult Learning & Living Department, Sara Allen is a dynamic choreographer and dance educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Dance from the University of Tampa and international experience at Kingston University.

She has honed her craft across diverse styles and techniques from Spanish and Hip-Hop dance teams, teaching dance at Ms. Lisa’s Dance Studio in Tampa, FL, coaching the dance team at Sonoma Valley High School, leading the Redwood High School Cheerleading Program, and participating in San Francisco’s “Mission in the Mix” dance performance workshop.

Her commitment to accessibility and excellence is evident in her work as a University of Tampa “Dance Happening” choreographer and in founding workshops such as Ross Recreation’s after-school program.

Engaged with professional artists and companies throughout her career, she continues to inspire the dance community with her creativity and mentorship, leaving an indelible mark on all she encounters.
