Aquatic Therapy Workshop: Balance and Beyond!

If you’re interested in reducing the risk of falls, then join our Aquatic Therapy Workshop: Balance & Beyond! Aquatic Therapeutic Specialist Sean Sullivan will guide you through an aquatic exercise class designed to target your body’s ability to maintain balance/stability.

Starting with gentle balance progressions and gradually progressing to advanced challenges, this class has something for everyone of all abilities. On top of targeting our balance, this innovative class will introduce you to activities beyond your imagination. We will combine movements that strengthen muscles, activate your core, and challenge your coordination all while trying to maintain your balance.

This class will take place in the shallow end of our warm 90-degree indoor therapeutic pool and the class size is limited to 12 participants.
