From auditions to performance in just one week! 1st-8th graders are grouped by age to rotate through acting, arts and crafts, and theatre games to inspire their imagination and cultivate their inner artist. It is a fast-paced week full of fun with a wonderful performance at the end! Moana will be this summer’s production!

Pokémon Engineering using LEGO® Materials
Calling all Pokémon trainers! With the Pokémon Championship approaching, join our enthusiastic Play-Well Instructors as we build and catch our favorite Pokémon, rescue Pikachu from Team Rocket, take a ride on the S.S. Anne to uncover rare and mystic Pokémon, and battle to see who will hold the title of Pokémon Master. Come along on our journey to catch ’em all!
Programs by Grades
Pre-K — NESHAMA
Neshama is a new addition to Camp Kehillah for 2023 and is designed for campers who will be 3 & 4 years old during the Summer of 2023 and will be continue into preschool in the Fall of 2023. Campers will be introduced to the big kids’ camp in the comfort of a space that is developmentally designed to meet their needs.
TK-Kindergarten — NITZAMIN
Our Nitzanim program is designed for campers entering TK-Kindergarten in the fall. Nitzers enjoy all the perks of being a part of the big kids’ camp while following a schedule that caters to their needs developmentally. Each session features a late-night pajama party. Campers stay through dinner for festive programming and are visited by a special guest. They are also provided a kid-friendly dinner, a special snack, and extra playground time!

1st-2nd Grades — ALEPH
Aleph is for campers entering 1st & 2nd grade in the fall. Aleph campers experience an onsite overnight each session in our very own Hoytt Theater. It’s often a great first-time-away-from-home experience. Overnights include festive programming, a kid-friendly dinner, a special snack, movies, and a slumber party! The next morning, campers have a yummy breakfast, a modified camp schedule, and a pizza party!

3rd-4th Grades — BEYT
Beyt is for campers entering 3rd & 4th grade in the fall. Each session features an off-site overnight, and our Beyt campers travel to local campgrounds for hiking and outdoor adventures. Campers enjoy a cook-out dinner, campfire time, tent camping, and S’mores making. The next morning campers have a yummy breakfast, a modified camp schedule, a movie, and a pizza party!

5th-6th Grades — RUACH
Ruach is for campers entering 5th & 6th grade in the fall. Each week at camp features an overnight. Some weeks they travel to a local campground for hiking and outdoor adventures, while other weeks they have a camp-out on site. When off site, campers enjoy a cook-out dinner, campfire time, tent camping, and s’mores making. Onsite campouts feature after-hours use of the JCC facilities, festive programming, a special snack, and a special dinner. The next morning campers have a yummy breakfast, a modified camp schedule, a movie, and a pizza party!

7th-8th Grades — OLIM
Olim is for campers entering 7th & 8th grade in the fall. Olim campers experience both on- and off-site overnights. The off-site overnights for Olim Campers are special events. We offer a full two days at a local campground, and this means all of the fun of cookouts, campfires, and s’mores with even more time to explore the outdoors!

Camp Kehillah 2023 - Rates, Policies & Hours
Standard Camp Hours
The camp day runs from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
Drop-off/Pick-up Times
Camp drop-off is between 9-9:30am
Camp pick-up is between 3:30-4pm
Extended Care
AM care is from 8-9am.
PM care is from 4-6pm.
If you register your camper for 4+ weeks, you are eligible for FREE Extended Care. To have this free service added, please use code 4WEEKS23 at checkout.
Fees & Payment Options
Camp fees include program supplies, transportation and admission to all field-trips, late-night and overnight meals and transportation, daily snacks, special events, entertainers, and one camper T-shirt.
You have two payment options:
1. You may choose to pay in-full at the time of registration.
or
2. Pay a 20% deposit at the time of registration and then have two automatic payments (40% each) via credit card on 4/14/23 and 5/15/23.
ALL CAMP FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MAY 15, 2023.
Cancellation and Change Policy
- If you choose to cancel your registration for any reason prior to April 14th, we will provide a full refund less an administrative fee of $50.
- For cancellations made between April 14th and June 1st, a refund of 70% of the total cost of the camp(s), less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded.
- There will be NO refunds for cancellations made after June 1st.
- We are unable to provide refunds for partial participation in any camp programs. No reductions in fees or refunds will be granted for missed days due to illness, absences, vacations, suspensions or dismissal. We do not prorate our sessions.
- There is no refund or alternative program available for campers who do not participate in field trips, overnights, swimming, or other camp programs.
- Camp reserves the right to cancel any camp within two weeks of the program start date if minimum enrollment is not met. If the JCC cancels a session of camp for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Change Fees
After April 14th, there is a $50 fee for each change made from one program to another.
Financial Aid
Through the generosity of donors to Marin JCC, Camp Kehillah is able to provide needs-based financial aid to families in our community. Limited financial assistance is available. Assistance will be awarded by application only. Applications are due to the Camp Office by March 1st. Late applications will not be eligible to receive financial aid. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee financial aid.

Camp Kehillah is open to children of all faiths and backgrounds. Our campers enjoy and learn about universal values and Jewish culture through programming and Shabbat celebrations.
