Hydrotherapy

Individualized, self-directed exercise

Program Hours
Monday through Friday from 12:00pm-1:00pm.

Our program is designed to address the needs of individuals with specific health concerns, such as post-stroke limitations, stabilization and/or minimizing the effects of chronic diseases and/or pain, improvement of pre-and post-surgery outcomes, improve flexibility and range of motion activities and optimize everyday quality of life.

Prior to participating in the program, each candidate must provide a completed JCC Physician Consent form, Registration form, and complete a one-hour evaluation with one of our qualified, experienced instructors.

This is an individualized, self-directed exercise program set within a group environment. Based on your specific health concerns, a personalized exercise program will be developed for you, demonstrated, and practiced in the indoor pool. Visual copies of these exercises will be provided to assist you in mastering these new skills.

With less than 24-hour notice, there is a $50 fee for canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

We do not process medical insurance claims and our programs usually do not qualify for government or private medical insurance reimbursement.

An annual re-evaluation is required to continue participating in the Program.

The OMJCC reserves the right to determine the suitability of a candidate to enter the Program.
