Join us at the JCC for an ongoing meditation practice to tap into the wisdom of your body and mind. Experience guided meditation, practical exercises, and personalized guidance, as you explore the intersection of ancient Jewish wisdom and contemporary mindfulness practices.
This series falls on the first Monday of every month from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm. Registration required.

In order to have wellness programming with fantastic facilitators, we are charging for these programs. To make these classes accessible, we are using a tiered pricing system. The regular cost for these classes are $20, but you can choose the reduced cost of $10 if you need to, or choose to cover yourself and help pay for someone else at $30.
