What Makes Camp Kehillah Special
Camp Kehillah is more than a place to spend the summer. It is a community rooted in connection, kindness, and belonging. Kehillah means community, and that value is at the heart of everything we do.
We believe children thrive when they feel known, supported, and safe to be themselves. Our days are intentionally designed to be immersive and engaging, with specialist-led programming and daily swimming. Campers have consistent opportunities to move their bodies, explore interests, and build confidence.
Grounded in Jewish values, our experienced staff focus on relationship building, positive role modeling, and meeting campers where they are. Whether a camper is brand new or returning year after year, our goal is for every child to leave camp feeling proud of themselves and connected to something meaningful.

Family Connection
Families are an important part of the Camp Kehillah community. Throughout the summer, families receive regular email updates, session newsletters, and photo sharing.
Families are also invited to join us for weekly Friday Shabbat celebrations at 2:45 pm and other scheduled family events. These moments allow families to experience camp traditions, connect with one another, and share in the joy of their child’s camp experience.
Meals, Schedule, Safety, and Logistics
Campers bring lunch from home each day. Camp provides one snack daily. Lunches must be nut-free and kosher style.
Daily schedules include arts, sports, movement, music, specialist-led activities, and swimming every day. Swim time is supervised by trained staff and lifeguards, and no prior swim experience is required.
Campers should arrive dressed in layers, with sunscreen applied, sturdy shoes, and all belongings clearly labeled.
All staff are trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED use. Health and safety policies for the upcoming summer will be shared in the spring.
Transportation is not offered for daily camp. Transportation for off-site trips and overnights is provided through trusted third-party providers.
