Camp fees include: art supplies, snacks, field trip transportation and admission, overnight meals and transportation, and 1 camp t-shirt per camper per summer. Campers must wear their camp t-shirts for all field trip days. Additional t-shirts may be purchased for $10 each.

- Pay only the deposit at time of registration ($50 per camp registration) and automatically have 50% of your balance billed on April 15 and May 15
- Pay only the deposit ($50 per camp registration) and automatically have your balance billed in full on May 15th
- Pay only the deposit today and establish an extended payment plan by contacting the Camp Office directly (415-444-8055). If no payment plan is established, you will be autobilled for your full balance on May 15th.
If the JCC cancels a session of camp for any reason, a full credit or refund will be issued. Camp reserves the right to cancel any camp within two weeks of the program if numbers are below minimum enrollment.
If you decide to cancel, we will issue a refund, minus a $50 non-refundable deposit for each camp for each child until May 15. After May 15 there is an additional $50/week or portion thereof for each week past the May 15 deadline. All fees are non-refundable once a camp session begins.
Changes: There is a $20 fee for each change from one program to another.
2014 Discounts - Buy 4 weeks of camp and receive one more for FREE! Free week cannot be transfered to siblings or other campers, and is only valid for the current summer.
Only one discount per family. Discounts may be combined with a free week bundle. Discounts do not apply to extended care, challah or other additional purchases.
For households with two or more children enrolled at camp, a 10% discount is applied to the one camper with the lowest total camp fees. One sibling discount per family. Cannot be combined with staff or Jewish professional discounts.
Staff or Jewish Professional Discount:
Contact the camp office for more information if you are an employee of a Jewish organization or of the OMJCC. One staff discount per family. Cannot be combined with sibling discount.
Although not required, we ask that parents are sensitive to Kashrut policy and campers with food allergies. We ask that lunches are Kosher-style (no pork) and do not contain peanuts/tree nuts/nut oils.
Families are responsible for sending campers with a lunch everyday. Afternoon snacks and occasional special treats are provided. If your camper has specific dietary restrictions or is a picky eater, we ask that you please provide alternative snack options.
Late Nights & Overnights:
Families will be notified of what meals will be provided for Late Night and Overnight events. If your camper has specific dietary restrictions or is a picky eater, we ask that you please provide alternative food options.
These forms MUST be completed & submitted to the camp office before the camper’s first day at camp. Your camper(s) may not come to camp until these forms have been completed and submitted.

These forms are a part of our requirements through the American Camp Association and help us keep Camp Kehillah a healthy and safe community.

Limited scholarships are available yearly for families in need. Scholarship applications are due to the Camp Office by April 1, 2014. Late applications are not eligible to receive financial assistance. Scholarship applicants will be notified of awards in late-May.

Join us for our annual Camp Family Shabbat Celebration on Friday, August 1st, 2014!
From 5:30-7PM, you and your campers will sing Shabbat songs with their counselors, go through the Shabbat blessings, and enjoy a delicious meal in wonderful company.

JCC Camp Kehillah is open to kids of all faiths and backgrounds. Our campers enjoy and learn about universal values and Jewish culture through programming and Shabbat celebrations.
There are no alternative programs available for campers who do not participate in field trips, overnights or swimming.

April 30, 2014 is the staff application deadline. Applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. Early applications have priority.
We understand that applicants may have scheduling conflicts with the required staff training on June 8th, 11th, 13th-15th, and/or the Unit Head training on June 6th-7th. We encourage all interested applicants to still complete the application process, and include their known availability from June 2-13. Please do not let scheduling conflicts be a deterrent, we want to receive applications from all those interested in working at JCC Camp Kehillah.
