DESCRIPTION:oin us to get outside in community and explore the endless hiking trails our area has to offer with a monthly hiking group. \n\n\n\nCome hike with the JCC! In this monthly program\, led by Laura Schiff\, we will spend the morning exploring a moderately easy trail and getting to know our fellow hikers on the journey. With each new Jewish month\, there is natural wisdom to be gained through spending time in nature. DESCRIPTION:Shabbat Yoga blends mindful movement with the Jewish tradition of rest\, reflection\, and the sacred pause. Unplug from the stressors of our lives and return to what’s most important. This is not simply a yoga class; it is an embodied Shabbat experience\, a mindful space to transition from the busy-ness of the week to find a peaceful sanctuary with community to rest\, restore and connect with inner light– physically\, emotionally\, mentally\, and spiritually. \n\n\n\nAll levels are welcome.
