New Century opens the season with a tapestry of works written during the turn of the 19th century. American teenage piano sensation Maxim Lando joins Daniel Hope for Chausson’s Concerto for Violin, Piano and Strings alongside the music of Elgar, Strauss and Schoenberg. Greek violinist Simos Papanas appears as Guest Concertmaster.
