The Legendary Grammy-award winning Peter Rowan returns to the Center with a collaboration of bluegrass luminaries. Featuring legendary Bobby Black on pedal steel, the evening offers 2 legends for the price of 1! An evening of fabulous original and traditional bluegrass with vibrant harmonies

Grammy-award winner Peter Rowan is a singer-songwriter with a career spanning over five decades. From his early years playing under the tutelage of Bluegrass veteran Bill Monroe, to his time in Old & In the Way and his breakout as a solo musician and bandleader, Rowan has built a devoted, international fan base through a solid stream of recordings, collaborative projects, and constant touring. 

Bobby Black began his career on PEDAL STEEL in 1950. Playing California dance halls, heading to Oklahoma backing Web Pierce & Lefty Frizzell. He returned to CA in 1971, joining Commander Cody & His Lost Planet Airman. His list of collaborations his long including Maria Muldaur, Barbara Mandrell, Norton Buffalo, Elvin Bishop, Asleep at the Wheel & countless others.
