DESCRIPTION:Shabbat Yoga blends mindful movement with the Jewish tradition of rest\, reflection\, and the sacred pause. Unplug from the stressors of our lives and return to what’s most important. This is not simply a yoga class; it is an embodied Shabbat experience\, a mindful space to transition from the busy-ness of the week to find a peaceful sanctuary with community to rest\, restore and connect with inner light– physically\, emotionally\, mentally\, and spiritually. \n\n\n\nAll levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is needed. Options will be offered throughout the class so everyone can feel supported and included. \n\n\n\nSpace is limited\, so make sure to secure your spot today.
