Embody and explore themes of personal renewal as we enter the Fall season in the first session of our series. The Fall season invites us to clear away the past and re-awaken a connection to our true self, as we set our intentions for the new year. Get ready for this new season of growth and full heartedness with gently guided movement & Yoga, drawing and writing as we gather in community to embody renewal.
This is the first part of our yearlong series, where we will be gathering at the start of each season to tap into the wisdom of nature and Judaism to hold us in time and prepare and ground ourselves for the season ahead.
Join for one or join us all year, as we move through the seasons.
Wear comfortable loose clothing in which you can easily move. All are welcome!
No one will be turned away for a lack of funds, please email Aliza at ADavidi@marinjcc.org for cost free registration.
