• Four-day training program: Saturdays 18 & 25 and Sundays 19 & 26
• Sessions are from 9 am to 4 pm
• Lifeguard candidates must be 15 years or older, able to pass a prerequisite swim test, and must complete approximately 8 hours of coursework PRIOR to attending the first day of class, the remainder of the class is approximately 20 hours in length.
