Brain Balance Workshop

In the Brain Balance Workshop, Aquatic Therapeutic Specialist Sean Sullivan will guide you through an aquatic exercise class designed to target your body’s ability to maintain balance/stability while challenging your cognitive function by playing brain games.
This class will take place in our warm 90-degree indoor therapeutic pool.
Beginner to Intermediate Levels. No swimming skills are necessary, but individuals must be comfortable in deep water with a buoyancy belt.
Class size limitations: 10 participants.
Cost is $40/class for members and $48/class for non-members.
