Ticketing & Patron Info

· JCC Members receive special member prices for all Kanbar single tickets. Use your membership ID# for online discounts.

· Groups of 10 or more receive a 15% discount.

· Full-time students receive 50% off the public ticket price. Student ID required for those 18 yr. & older.

· All ticket sales are final.

· Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs are subject to change.

· All sales are final, and there are no refunds once tickets have been purchased, with the exception in the case of an event being cancelled.

· Tickets may be returned to Kanbar 48 hours in advance of the performance for a tax-deductible contribution receipt.

· Patrons who arrive after a performance has begun may be asked to wait for an appropriate interval in the program before being seated.

Services for patrons with disabilities

· To insure proper seating, please make your ticket purchases by telephone, processing fee shall be waived. Please state your needs at time of purchase. We request that special needs patrons arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show for seating.

· All events are wheelchair accessible. Assisted Listening Systems are available upon request. Please allow 24-hour advance request.

Best Available Seating

Indoor seating consists of 296 seats at cabaret tables of 4 seats each and the remainder rows of theater seating. Unless otherwise indicated, prime table seating is reserved for subscribers with the remainder sold on a first come first serve basis.
Outdoor seating offers lawn area for picnic blankets and low backed lawn chairs, some picnic tables and chair seating available behind lawn area. Unless otherwise stated, these events are general admission. Subscribers to the Summer Nights Series are allowed early access to field.

Children

Indoor performances- Some events may not be suitable for children. For the comfort of the children and that of other patrons, any children attending the theater should be able to sit quietly throughout the performance. Everyone (regardless of age) must have a ticket and sit in a seat.
Outdoor performances- Children 6 and under are free. However, as a courtesy to audience members, please supervise children at all times, and keep noise to a minimum during performance.

Refreshments

Kanbar is proud to be offer Peets Coffee & Tea, plus fine desserts, wine, beer, champagne, sodas, mineral and still water for sale available to enjoy during the event.
Indoor performances- Patrons are not allowed to bring food or beverages from the outside into the theater.
Outdoor performances- Patrons are encouraged to bring picnics, but please leave cans, bottles & alcoholic beverages at home.

For the comfort of all, we ask:

Please be sure event attendance by children is appropriate
Photographing, recording, or electronically transmitting a performance is not permitted without prior arrangement with Kanbar management.
Please turn off cell phones, alarm watch, pagers and other electronic devices before entering the theater. If necessary, please make any calls outside the building itself, and not in the lobby.
In accordance with the California Stage law, the Osher Marin JCC is a “No Smoking” facility.

Mailing Lists and Privacy Policy

When you order tickets, we automatically add your name and address to our mailing list. In addition, we would like to add your e-mail address so that you may receive our periodic e-mail newsletter. Kanbar knows that our patrons care about the personal information they provide to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about the information we collect and how we secure and use it.

Directions

From Highway 101 in San Rafael, take the North San Pedro exit and head east. The Osher Marin JCC, at 200 N. San Pedro Road, is on the right-hand side, half a mile from the freeway exit.
