Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a mutually beneficial partnership where consumers receive fresh, nutritious fruits and vegetables while helping to sustain the livelihoods and stewardship of regional farmers. Jewish tradition teaches us to care both about what we eat and those who provide us with food, and members of our Hazon CSA will learn more about these connections. The entire community is invited to join this CSA.  Applications will be accepted on a continuous basis! 
 
Full Belly Farm: Located in the Capay Valley, 1-½ hours northeast of the Bay Area, Full Belly Farm is committed to providing year-round employment for farm labor; building healthy water and soil; maintaining habitat areas for beneficial insects and wildlife; and integrating farm production with long-term environmental goals.

Here’s What You’ll Get:

• Fresh Produce: Every other week, on Thursdays, you’ll receive a box of seasonal organic produce that feeds an average family of 2 to 4 people. In April, bouquets of flowers will be offered as an add-on.
• Full Belly Farm Newsletter: Emailed to you with news from the farm and helpful recipes for new items in your box, as well as nutritional tips and cooking hints.
• Hazon CSA Newsletter with articles on Jewish life, learning, culture and food, as well as cooking tips and recipes.

Pick Up: Every other Thursday, 8:00-10AM, Osher Marin JCC, 200 N. San Pedro Rd., San Rafael. Boxes not picked up by 10AM will be taken upstairs next to Joanne Greene & Alaina Yoakum’s desk until 5pm. Boxes not picked up by 5pm will be donated. For questions regarding pick-up at the JCC, please call Alaina Yoakum, 415-444-8080.
