The core strengthening power of Pilates and the balance and release exercises of a foam roller in this inspiring workshop. MOTR® is an amazing new piece of fitness equipment that allows clients to focus on key principles of alignment, balance, core control and functional movement patterns. Exercises progress in difficulty to provide appropriate fitness challenges for clients at any level, from senior to athletes.

TRX Small Group Training

TRX® is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core function simultaneously. TRX® is an effective tool for training programs ranging from rehab to high performance. Build a strong, toned core while increasing total body strength, mobility, balance and posture.
- This series will place emphasis on SAFETY, FORM and SKILL.

Aqua Body Sculpt™
Aqua Body Sculpt dares to challenge your core muscles with a unique focus on the abdominal region in the pool!
This particular shallow end workout teaches the effectiveness of water resistance training. Equipment will be provided. Water shoes are recommended. Advised for the more conditioned exerciser or experienced water aerobics participant.
