MOTR® Small Group and Private One-on-One Training

One of the newest and most innovative pieces of fitness equipment that has come out in a long time.

Pilates like moves that improve your strength, balance, agility, core, and even cardio!

The core strengthening power of Pilates and the balance and release exercises of a foam roller in this inspiring workshop. MOTR® is an amazing new piece of fitness equipment that allows clients to focus on key principles of alignment, balance, core control and functional movement patterns. Exercises progress in difficulty to provide appropriate fitness challenges for clients at any level, from senior to athletes.

  • Mondays – 1:30-2:30 pm

  • Wednesdays - 5-6 pm

Our Women on Weights Small Group Training gives a general overview of weight training for women
that will focus on:

Importance of weight training for women as they age
Use of weights with precise form
Versatility of strength training in everyday activities
A leaner stronger body

Aqua Body Sculpt™

Mondays 7:30-8:30am

Aqua Body Sculpt dares to challenge your core muscles with a unique focus on the abdominal region in the pool!

This particular shallow end workout teaches the effectiveness of water resistance training. Equipment will be provided. Water shoes are recommended. Advised for the more conditioned exerciser or experienced water aerobics participant.
