daily routine for helping relieve physical stress. This program will highlight the many benefits of walking including: improved functional abilities, balance, strength and body awareness, while promoting pain-free fluid movement.

Aqua Body Sculpt dares to challenge your core muscles with a unique focus on the abdominal region in the pool!
This particular shallow end workout teaches the effectiveness of water resistance training. Equipment will be provided. Water shoes are recommended. Advised for the more conditioned exerciser or experienced water aerobics participant.
