Weight Loss and Body Composition – A Holistic Approach

Join Robert Werner twice a week for six weeks in a journey to optimize health from the inside out as you learn the most effective exercise, nutrition and lifestyle habits to maximize your success. Throughout the program you will improve your overall health, as well as be more energetic and confident. Additionally, you will lose body fat and add muscle tone to get the body you want. Finally, you will have a higher metabolic rate, a healthier endocrine system and increased sensitivity to your bodies needs. During the course of your program, you will be tested for improvements in cardiovascular fitness, base metabolic rate, and body composition.


Fitness Testing Equipment

Metabolic Testing System
A simple, 10-minute breath test will be used to test an individual’s resting metabolic rate to help determine the best nutrition program for weight management.
$80 Members / $100 Public

MicroFit™
Fitness assessments will provide professional reports with immediate, accurate and personalized feedback to help create individualized improvement programs and track progress. The program will be used for the precise measurement of weight, body fat, blood pressure, heart rate, flexibility and strength.
$70 Members / $85 Public
