Advanced Yoga
Focus on building confidence in arm balances, inversions and backbends, counter poses and sequencing for more challenging poses.

Baptiste Power of Yoga
Energize the body, mind and spirit: build strength and develop core control; improve posture, muscle imbalances and coordination; increase flexibility, joint mobility and agility; and enjoy a greater sense of personal empowerment.

Gentle Yoga
Incorporates yoga postures in a slow meditative and calm practice. Perfect for beginners or even experienced practitioners who wish to slow down.

Iyengar Yoga
Precise alignment of the muscles, bones and joints describes the main focus of Iyengar yoga. Rather than moving quickly through the poses as in the Ashtanga practice, Iyengar students take more time, and often use props to align their bodies into its ideal positioning. Poses are then held, often for many minutes.

Intermediate Yoga
A progressive class that enables you to build your strength towards new levels of Yoga.

Restorative Yoga
This sequence of gentle, fully supported poses is designed to calm the mind, balance the nervous system, nourish the internal organs and create a feeling of deep peace and well being. A wonderful way to end your day!

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means moving with the breath. In this class, we link poses together, beginning with more basic to increasingly challenging, going further into the sequences as the level of skill and ability progress. Includes sun salutations, standing poses, seated forward folds and inversions, in a unique & varied sequence. Not recommended for beginners.

Yin Yoga
Focuses on the stretching elements of yoga. Utilizing different props you will feel renewed, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Yoga Groove
Premiering an exciting new approach to Yoga, Yoga Groove is a hybrid of dance and Yoga. Combining the power of Iyengar and Ashtanga, the healing properties of ViniYoga and the flow of Vinyasa we will coordinate the breath to the rhythms of tribal and contemporary grooves, occasionally stepping off the mat into circles, spirals and lines. Be prepared to chant, move and groove your way to a splendid Yoga experience! Not recommended for beginners.
