Mill Valley Philharmonic presents "To Every Season," a program that musically cites autumn, winter and spring - and includes a concerto for orchestra which features soloists from many of the orchestra's sections.  "To Every Season" has special meaning to director Laurie Cohen - it is her last season with MVP.  Cohen steps down June of 2018.  The MVP musicians and board are excited to carry the orchestra into the future.

Autumn: Joachim Raff, Symphony No. 10 (To Autumn), movement 2

Winter: Arvo Pärt, Cantus in Memory of Benjamin Britten

Spring: Robert Schumann, Symphony No. 1 (Spring)

and Alberto Ginastera, Variaciones Concertantes
