About Mark Cordes

 “Terrifically funny."   Indianapolis Herald

“…Never missing a beat.  Impeccable Timing, Charm & innovative, intelligent material… Minneapolis Star- Tribune

Mark Cordes has been hailed by many critics as a "One Man Laugh Factory."
His television credits include "Comic Strip Live," "Caroline’s Comedy Hour" and "An Evening at the Improv."

From his humble start at an open mic, he steadily worked his way up the comedy ladder. From the opening act to feature act to headlining the top comedy clubs and corporate events from coast to coast, Cordes has enjoyed the ride. "I realize every day how fortunate I am to do what I love. To be able to travel, meet interesting people, and make people laugh is a gift I enjoy sharing. And I know I'll never run out of material. I just got married, and so...

About Cathy Ladman

As one of the country's top comedians, Ladman's show is a self-probing, anxiety-venting vehicle, which draws laughter from exposing personal neurosis. She has not only appeared on "The Tonight Show" nine times, but was also the only female comic to appear on the last two Johnny Carson "Tonight Show Anniversary" shows. Cathy has had her own HBO "One Night Stand" comedy special and, in 1992, was awarded the American Comedy Award for Best Female Stand Up Comic. Most recently, Cathy was one of the three finalists in Nick at Nite’s "Funniest Mom in America."

Cathy is successfully pursuing an acting career in television and film, appeared regularly on ABC's "Politically Incorrect" and has guest starred on Fox's "Titus" and CBS's "Everybody Loves Raymond."

In addition to stand-up, TV, and film, Cathy has been acting in live theatre, and she's currently working on a new solo show, entitled, "Does This Show Make Me Look Fat?"

About the Other Café

The Other Café, the legendary Haight-Ashbury comedy club, is a San Francisco establishment. Founded in 1977, The Other Café -- along with the Punchline, Cobb's and the Holy City Zoo -- was one of four full-time comedy clubs operating in San Francisco alone with comics such as Dana Carvey, Bob Sarlatte, Bobby Slayton, Michael Pritchard, Jane Dornacker, Whoopi Goldberg, Jay Leno, Henny Youngman, Howie Mandel, Gallagher, Brit Jasper Carrott, and pioneer lesbian comic Robin Tyler.
