Deep Stretch

After warming up the large muscles with gentle movements, we engage and stretch our muscle groups methodically from the neck to the toes. In lengthening our muscles, we create a flexibility, suppleness and stability. Stretches are accomplished while standing, kneeling, lying on back and prone on the belly.
