Vinyasa means moving with the breath. In this class, we link poses together, beginning with more asic to increasingly challenging, going further into the sequences as the level of skill and ability progress. Includes sun salutations, standing poses, seated forward folds and inversions, in a unique & varied sequence. Not recommended for beginners.
