Help is availableOne-year scholarships are available for community members in financial need. Applications are held in complete confidence and are available by contacting the Front Desk at (415) 444-8000.Member InfoJoin Us for New Member ReceptionsThe JCC would like to offer you the opportunity to meet other new members and our staff, and discover the many innovative and quality programs the Center for Everyone has to offer. It's easy to renew your membership For those members who have paid their membership in full, a renewal invoice for the next year is mailed approximately six weeks prior to your renewal date. For those members who are using the monthly payment plan, your membership is continuous and automatically renewed every year unless you notify the Membership Office in advance (see cancellation policy below). Cancellation policy Membership requires an initial one-year contract requirement. After that time, cancellation requests must be communicated to the Membership Office (415 444-8013) by the first of the month at least one calendar month prior to the requested cancellation date. At such time the JCC will discontinue its relationship with the bank of JCC members who are using our monthly, automatic payment plan. Their last month's dues (paid at the time of joining) will then be applied to the final month of membership. Forgot or lost your card? If you forget your card, simply sign in at the front desk and present a photo ID at the Health & Wellness desk upon entry. Lost or defective cards will be replaced free of charge. Leaving town for a while? The Membership Freeze Policy is a courtesy to our members who need to discontinue their membership for a limited period of time because of illness, injury, unemployment, a temporary absence from the area or financial hardship. A member may freeze membership from one to three months over the lifetime of their membership and must continue their membership for the equivalent length of their freeze. For more information, please contact the Membership Office (415 444-8013). Your guests are welcome Full Facility members receive six complimentary guest passes each year. Gold members recieve 12 complimentary passes each year. Pick up your annual guest pass card at the front desk beginning in March each year. Guests must be accompanied at all times by a member. Members are reminded that they are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Local (Marin County) guests may visit the JCC up to three times per calendar year. KidCare is not available for guests. Guest passes allow visitors access to the JCC Health & Wellness Center and participation in all group classes. Traveling the country? When you travel outside the Bay Area, many of the more than 275 JCCs across North America will honor your Osher Marin JCC membership at their facility. Contact their membership office to confirm their policy. Don't forget to carry your JCC membership card with you when visiting other cities. For members of other JCCs (outside the Bay Area) we are pleased to extend courtesy membership for up to two weeks upon presentation of a valid JCC membership card. Members from other Bay Area JCCs may visit the Osher Marin JCC up to three times per year at standard Guest Fee rates. In the Locker Room For your convenience, day use lockers are available in each locker room. Please avoid bringing valuables into the locker rooms and secure all lockers with a lock. (Locks are available for sale at the Health & Wellness Courtesy Desk). Due to space limitations, locks may not be left on lockers overnight. For those who would prefer to have some articles on hand at the JCC, a limited number of small lockers are available for rent for $60 a year. Please contact the Health & Wellness Courtesy Desk for locker rentals. The Osher Marin JCC will not be liable, under any circumstances, for the loss of the personal effects and valuables of our members and guests.
